Applicable law By visiting the Site, you agree that the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and TVsDepot.com or its affiliates and subsidiaries. Disputes Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to products you purchase through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate TVsDepot.com's intellectual property rights, TVsDepot.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of New York, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. Tobacco sales to minors TVsDepot.com will not sell tobacco or tobacco related products to anyone under the age of legal age to purchase and use tobacco products according to both Federal law and the laws of your home state. TVsDepot.com cannot be held responsible for minors purchasing tobacco or tobacco related products with a guardian credit card. By placing your order for a cigar you are confirming that you are of legal age to purchase and use tobacco products according to both Federal law and the laws of your home state. |
